is hosting a gathering for an unforgettable afternoon to support The Preserve’s mission of wildlife conservation and education and the importance of the human-animal bond.

This meaningful journey will include plenty of opportunities to interact and take photos with the animal ambassadors at The Preserve along with inspiring presentations, small bites, and unique auction items.

The Elephant Experience is year- round, rain or shine!

Come Meet Our Beautiful Elephants!

This once-in-a-lifetime 1.5-hour interactive experience allows you to fully immerse yourself with these amazing creatures. When you visit The Preserve, you form a meaningful, unique connection with our animal ambassadors. We create intimate, unforgettable encounters designed to stay with you long after your visit. Through these experiences, you support conservation by developing a deeper empathy for these remarkable animals and gaining insight into the vital roles they play within their ecosystems, as well as a clearer understanding of why conserving elephants is so important.

"I really didn't know what to expect but as soon as I drove into The Preserve I knew it was going to be amazing. The surroundings are simply beautiful, well manicured, a huge preserve with a lot of roaming room for the elephant s, giraffes, ect. ( I plan to book the animal expedition next). I really can't say enough about the staff; they knew the animals and you knew their top priority is taking care of all their beautiful intelligent animals. They are top level, compassionate, knowledgeable, and really I can't say enough about them but simply you knew they love their jobs. As soon as I watched these gentle giants come down the hill guiding each other with their trunks I was in love. I gained understanding/appreciation, they painted (bought a T-shirt for my grandson), got to interact with them, hug them, pictures, meet new people, help during bath time, and overall the best birthday gift to myself (the elephants played harmonica's while happy birthday is sung for us with birthdays!). It is a spiritual experience when you look into the eyes of these giants. The Preserve is where you want to go to experience the beauty and humbleness of being in the presence of these intelligent gentle giants and be a part of preserving their livelihood. "This picture embodies my experience at The Preserve. Elephants are my favorite animal and even at 40 I was like a little kid full of adoration, excitement, wonder and so much more! Lots of hands on encounters- I got to scrub, hug, and kiss them! Learning about their species, habitat awareness, and overall care was educational. Their activities were not forced and more often than not simple verbal cues. For those worried about potential abuse or use of "hooks" their demeanor, both Elephants and handlers, showed ZERO unhappiness. These girls are absolutely spoiled living out their best lives. Hooks were TINY, sharp ends were often palmed or pointed at the ground the entire time."

“I didn't know what to expect, but our visit to The Preserve couldn't have been better. The team there works so well together and seemed very happy to be showing us the elephants; it was clear they love their work and feel fortunate to get to share it. Not surprisingly, we learned about these three beautiful Asian elephants, but what WAS surprising was that we were able to get close enough to touch them, too. Also surprising was that I felt no concern that there was any danger. That's due, in part, to how well the elephants are cared for, but also bc the Preserve crew worked like a well-oiled machine by helping us know exactly what to do and where & how to do it. "“Amazing” is the first word that comes to mind! The Preserve is doing an excellent job of educating the public about how badly Asian Elephants need our help for their survival. The opportunity to hug, touch, wash and look these beautiful animals in the eye should be on everyone’s bucket list. We took our granddaughters as a birthday gift to them. It will no doubt be an experience that our family will never forget! My daughter in law and I both brought home small canvas paintings that Becky (my favorite elephant) painted. The event was well organized and the staff were all very knowledgeable and kind. You could feel the love that they all have for the elephants.
